After a few months of being closed, a first in over 24 years, we are pleased to announce that Mystic Hot Springs will be reopening on May 24, 2020.
We are enthusiastic to welcome you back to the magic that Mystic offers.
The safety and health of our guests and employees is our top priority. Because of this, we have dramatically changed the way we will be doing business in this new time. We are providing a more private Mystic experience, that naturally socially distances our guests and gives more peace of mind.
We will be operating on a reservation only basis. Walk-in guests will not be accommodated. Make sure you have a reservation before visiting so that you are not disappointed.
Soaking in the hot springs will now be a private experience! We are now offering multiple 2 hour time slots daily that can be booked by only one family/friend group at a time, up to 10 people. Each group will have the opportunity to use the available pools and tubs at a variety of temperatures.
We are also limiting the amount of overnight guest reservations for everyone’s safety. Overnight guests will need to purchase and schedule their soaking pass, as soaking is no longer included in staying overnight.
While having clean and healthy facilities has always been a priority, cleaning and sanitizing of pools, tubs, surfaces, and common areas have been increased.
We ask at this time that high risk individuals stay home. Guests that are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms will be asked to leave.
Our annual Mystic Hot Springs Music Festival has been postponed until 2021. All our concerts have been cancelled until further notice.
Mystic Hot Springs is truly unlike anywhere else in the world. We are not a fancy resort, yet we are functional, rustic, and artistic. We pride ourselves on making our paradise one that is authentic, in line with our values, and in harmony with the natural world.
We suggest to all of our guests that you come with no expectations, an open mind and heart, and a willingness to immerse yourself in the wonder that is available here.

We are a casual, family-owned business for over 24 years. We are not a corporation, and we are not driven by profits. We are here because we think Mystic is the most incredible place on the planet. When you come to Mystic, you are our guest, not our customer. We do not owe you, rather, we are sharing something very special with you. We do not want to do business with people that are high-maintenance, entitled, or have expectations for their experience to be anything other than what it is.
